VIDEO: 9/11 "Truther" Ambushes LoBiondo, Stumps Him with Constitution Question

Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ) held a town hall meeting last month that didn't go quite according to plan.
A man in a "Don't Tread on Me" t-shirt stood up and asked the Congressman to explain Article One, Section One of the U.S. Constitution. Rep. LoBiondo paused, gathered his thoughts, and responded that it deals with "free speech." Uh-oh. The rest is history, and now even Michelle Malkin is talking about it.
What a mess, Save Jerseyans. Watch for yourself:
Unfortunately, the "Tea Party" interrogator in this video is really a 9/11 "Truther"... someone who actually believes that the U.S. Government masterminded the 9/11 attacks. Such a deranged affiliation undermines his credibility, but it doesn't change the fact that the good Congressman needs to start carrying a pocket U.S. Constitution everywhere he goes! He can borrow my Heritage Foundation-issued two-in-one "U.S. Constitution & Declaration of Independence" upon request.
After all... how can you effectively "uphold and defend" something that you don't know?
Is this Congressman literate? He sounds like damned idiot.

Please tell me Lobiondo has a real primary challenger??? First cap and tax and now he doesn't know article 1??? Shameful! Let's toss his butt.

Props to Rooney for writing about this. Simply, having an R next to ones name doesn't give them a pass for not knowing even the basics of the Constitution. The guy that asked the question might be a crackpot but that's not excuse for Lobiondo. Cap and tax is bad but this is really bad!!

What does that have to do with anything? My grandfather was a truck driver for almost 50 years after he got out of the USMC...and he's know the Constitution.

ha ha ha ha - I really don't know what to think now - so i go to that link in this other post ~ and this Weber dude is not a truther at all just some school teacher WTF ... I looked over the youtube channels for both of them the Chris Weber (teacher) and the dude he got confused with. well this other Weber dude is like RIGHT WING !!!!!!! big time ... I kinda feel sorry for the school teacher - everyone thinks he is a nutjob now - way to go Malkin - you went after the wrong guy ( i swear you can't make this stuff up )
