The Sky's the Limit
| December 14, 2009The new Democrat plan to raise the national debt ceiling by approximately $2 trillion represents a defining issue for Congressional Republicans heading into Election 2010.
But will they seize the opportunity? Senate Dems just rammed another $1.1 trillion spending bill down our throats yesterday afternoon. The sky's the limit for rich senators like John Kerry who can afford fancy creative accountants and elaborate tax shelters. I think Harry Reid could teach even hardened tax dollar abusers like Dick "Slushgate" Codey a thing or two, yet too many Republican voices still remain silent! Someone besides Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck needs to emerge from the fray and articulate some meaningful words of ideological dissent and principled opposition, Save Jerseyans.
Ultimate victory in 2010, as in 1994, will depend on successfully nationalizing the midterms. That task requires a leader. Anyone interested?
