OUTRAGE: KSM Lawyer Admits It's a NYC Show Trial

Matt Rooney | November 22, 2009

President Obama is putting Americans at risk and making a mockery of the deaths of our beloved 9/11 victims. Only "the One" could figure out how to cram that much ugliness into a single decision.

Barach, his AG Eric Holder and the rest of this administration's lackeys continue to insist that the upcoming civilian criminal trial of 9/11 terrorists Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, Waleed bin Attash, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi and Ramzi Binalshibh won't be a "show trial." A military forum for these five war criminals was deemed too "barbaric" and "uncivilized" by the intellectually elitist Obama Justice Department. White House surrogates assured us that "justice" would be the only byproduct of these proceedings.

According to an MSNBC report, somebody forgot to tell KSM's lawyer:

"The five men facing trial in the Sept. 11 attacks will plead not guilty so that they can air their criticisms of U.S. foreign policy, the lawyer for one of the defendants said Sunday.

Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer for accused terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, said the men would not deny their role in the 2001 attacks but "would explain what happened and why they did it."

And the little S.O.B. continued:

Mohammed, Ali and the others will explain "their assessment of American foreign policy," Fenstermaker said.

"Their assessment is negative," he said.

Obama is either stupid or sadistic to allow this farce to continue. I can't decide which is really the case. Take your pick, Save Jerseyans.

It's becoming clearer with every passing day that Republicans MUST take back the House in 2010. We're in a do-or-die situation both globally and domestically; this madman can't be allowed to continue unchecked while our nation limps into oblivion.
