Did you buy an individual health policy, known as the Comprehensive Health Insurance Policy ("CHIP"), from Prudential Insurance Company of America between 1973 and 1981? If you did you may be entitled to damages. We are investigating claims regarding large increases in the premiums of these policies. The government should focus more on creating an affordable health insurance instead on insuring anything that crosses their mind. I don't say that covering alcoholism or in-vitro fertilization is such a bad idea, but we should be able to choose what we pay for. I mean if i have none of these problems, and i am convinced that i will never encounter them, assuming that i already have two kids and i am allergic to alcohol, it shouldn't be reasonable to pay for them.
