Change is in the Air in Atlantic County

It's not summer at the Shore without beach banners:
"The campaign of Capt. Frank Balles, Republican candidate for Atlantic County Sheriff, took to the skies over the county last week with a banner plane flying along the coast calling attention to his run for office.Balles, a 23-year veteran of the Pleasantville Police Department, has pledged to reinstate supplemental Sheriff’s officers patrols in the county and to create a K-9 unit to assist in the fight against illegal drugs."
