The best thing about Joe Biden is that he's a talker. Senator Biden presents himself as an articulate, sincere and charismatic figure. He has a lot to say on almost any subject, and he fancies himself a foreign policy guru from his years on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

The worst thing about Joe Biden, however, is that he's a talker:

Can Obama stop Joe from talking? Most pundits are placing late bets on Biden, and with that pick, Obama would have a forceful and loyal advocate. The problem remains that Biden can be a bit too forceful, and the Obama camp needs to consider if it can afford to spend precious time and resources babysitting Delaware's senior Senator. I wouldn't.
